- Oversaw the successful national launch of an award winning premium frozen yogurt line by identifying and developing suppliers and co-manufacturer, creating and testing prototypes in labs and pilot plants, and coordinating and conducting full scale manufacturing trials.
- Reformulated and scaled-up a plant based beverage portfolio to extend shelf life by working with suppliers, pilot plant facilities and manufacturing plant.
- Implemented a multi-million dollar yogurt cost saving opportunity by identifying opportunity, aligning the organization, and conducting manufacturing trials to commercialize.
