Serving as the technical lead for the business as an R&D/QA functional  manager,  business team member, and/or project team leader.

Developing best-in-class technical business performers through gap assessments, development plans, training sessions and best practices implementation, including direct coaching and mentoring.  

Working hands-on with internal and external partners to develop, scale-up and commercialize products and packages, including creation of value engineering platforms, innovation pipelines and product quality programs.
